About The Visionary
Hey y’all! My name is Manouchka Castor, also known as Tika, and I am a Florida native of Haitian descent from Palm Beach, FL. I am a double alumna from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls),
where I obtained my Bachelor’s in Business Management and my Master’s in Business Administration. I am also a Certified Life Coach, where I obtained my certification from Manifest Theological Institute.

I am the beloved daughter of Joseph and Gislaine Castor. I come from a big family, which includes ten siblings and many, many nieces, and nephews. My family means the world to me, and I have always been the light for them. I was raised in church by my parents, but when I moved away for college, that’s when my walk with Christ really started to elevate. I got baptized in March of 2015 and was able to build my own true relationship with the One and Only True Living God - Jesus Christ.
Attending the Center for Manifestation (CFM) in Tampa, FL - under the spiritual leadership of Apostle Dr. Mark Jones and Lady Lisa Jones - has been a great support for my sanctification process of becoming a true ambassador of Christ. Being a partner at CFM has catered to my spiritual growth over the years. I have a calling over my life to break generational patterns and uplift people to walk in their light, so I enjoy reading the word of God and applying the principles to my daily life, in which produces fruit. The Holy Spirit leading me is what truly sustains my walk with Christ. I am fulfilled by planting godly seeds into many lives and watching God make it grow. Through this vision that God has given me, I want to continue to turn on the switch in people’s lives to advance The Kingdom of God.

The Mission
To inspire people to live in the light and bring glory to God through their lifestyle and character. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

One Sunday in church, there was a powerful message that went forth and the main thing that stuck out to me was “prayer is a two-way conversation - if you stay silent after you pray and give God a chance to speak, He will respond”. That stayed on my heart, so the very next day I woke up and during my morning prayer I just thanked God and my only request was for Him to just speak to me. My forty-minute drive to work, it was just me and God no sound and that’s when God placed “Lighting Up The Kingdom” on my heart.
I have always been the light and voice of reason within my family, generation, workplace, and friend groups. With the influence that God has given me, people would always tell me to start my own YouTube channel, do a blog, write a book, and even become a pastor, you name it…but none of those things has been placed on my heart to do. All it took was that alone time with God and just truly listening to Him to discover what He wanted to do with the influence that He gave me, and here we are now.
